Electric Car Rebates.
Through a combination of programs qualifying Coloradans can exchange their vehicle for a newer electric vehicle or receive a rebate toward purchasing an electric vehicle, and have a charger installed in their home with little or no out of pocket cost.
Colorado Energy Office - Vehicle Exchange Colorado (VXC) Program
Eligible Coloradans can receive the following rebate amounts for a qualified electric vehicle purchase or lease (note: a lease term must be a minimum of two years):
New electric vehicle (BEV or PHEV): $6,000
Used electric vehicle (BEV or PHEV): $4,000
The vehicle must meet one or more of the following criteria:
Vehicle model year must be at least 12 years old (e.g., model year 2011 or older for a 2023 application) OR
The vehicle fails an emissions test in Colorado (no model year requirement).
Xcel Energy - EV Rebate Program
Income-qualified customers can receive $3,000 off a used or $5,500 off a new EV when you buy or lease from a Colorado-based car dealer.
Xcel Energy - Reduce the Costs of Purchasing and Installing a Charger
Income-Qualified customers can qualify for a $1,300 rebate

IntelliRide Non-Emergent Medical Transportation
Intelliride is the local Medicaid provider for Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) in Boulder County. They can provide transportation to and from most scheduled medical appointments.
Contact IntelliRide at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment to arrange transportation. This service also allows you to bring a family member or caretaker if needed.
