    The PEAK website provides a single application and re-certification for the following programs:

    • SNAP Food Assistance

    • Health Coverage (Health First Colorado/Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus)

    • Transit Discounts (RTD)

    • Cash Assistance (TANF, AND-SO, OAP)

    • Early Childhood Support (CCCAP, WIC, Nurse-Family Partnership)

    • Energy Assistance (LEAP)
