The PEAK website provides a single application and re-certification for the following programs:
SNAP Food Assistance
Health Coverage (Health First Colorado/Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus)
Transit Discounts (RTD)
Cash Assistance (TANF, AND-SO, OAP)
Early Childhood Support (CCCAP, WIC, Nurse-Family Partnership)
Energy Assistance (LEAP)
